Lucy Dion, LMT/OwnerHolistic Healing Hands, Inc.:I've been receiving Massage Therapy for over 12 years. I have personally experienced the benefits of healing the body, mind & spirit through Massage Therapy. It not only helps relieve muscular aches and pains, but also helps to reduce stress level, tension, anxiety and depression caused by daily life stressors. Massage Therapy also aides in weight management. More importantly it gives a sense of renewed spirit and a positive over all well being. Strong in my faith and spirituality, I feel called to share this powerful gift of holistic healing .
I graduated from Austin Schools of Massage in 2007 and am licensed to practice in the state of Texas. I have also acquired additional training in Advanced Stretching & Deep Tissue, Facilited Stretching, Hot Stone Therapy, CPR & First Aid, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Sports Massage & am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. Although I offer a variety of massage modalities, I specialize in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage & Bodywork for chronic stress, tension, pain relief and wellness maintenance to holistically heal the body, mind & spirit . My goal is to continue my education in my profession while I establish my massage practice as Holistic Healing Hands, Inc.
